🛌 Bedroom/bathroom accommodations layout:
~ Upper level sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. A large bathroom offers a walk-in shower and separate tub.
~ Lower level sleeps 7 in two bedrooms--one with a queen, one with twin bunks + single twin--plus a sleeper sofa in the den area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
~ Separate game room sleeps 4: twin bunks + sleeper sofa.
~ We also have a half bath on the main level of the home off the living area and kitchen.
🏈 Located under an hour from both Clemson University and UGA, it’s the perfect home base for game days, graduation weekends, or an unforgettable lakeside family reunion!
✅ IMPORTANT NOTES: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold. No events and no smoking inside our home.
Have a larger group? We can accommodate more friends and family by adding our second waterfront home: Greens Cay. It is just two homes down from Tugaloo and sleeps 12.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
We are Dan and Michelle Garland and we love our lake/beach properties that we manage (with our good friend and co-host Megan) as Garlands Getaways. Our tightknit family of 6 (+1 furry family member) lives in NE Atlanta and includes kids that range college to post-college plus two fun-loving parents who believe life by the water makes life in general better.Location
