Greens Cay on Lake Hartwell is pet-friendly and a water-lovers dream; it sleeps 12 in four bedrooms and two living areas and offers an amazing view, covered deck, grill, yard, deep-water dock with slip and swing, beach, and plenty of peace and quiet.

Sitting directly on the shores of Lake Hartwell, Greens Cay is a completely remodeled and updated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom ranch home with finished basement. Inside on the main floor, there are two living areas each with smart TV and a sleeper sofa. A full kitchen, washer and dryer, ½ bath, and even a warm-water dog rinse and fireplace round out the inside amenities. Also on the main floor are two bedrooms, each with queen beds, smart TVs, and a full bathroom between them.

Outside the main level is an oversized, half-covered deck that features a table and chairs for dining al fresco, a large propane grill, a super comfortable sectional couch with ottoman, and the most stunning lake view on Hartwell.

Our lower level can only be accessed from the outside and features two sleeping areas: one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds plus a newly remodeled, full sized bathroom. Note that you must cross through the queen bed area to access the bathroom.

The deck has steps to the ground and the lower level opens to a patio and then to the backyard which slopes gently to the water. A paved, lighted walkway with railing takes you to a beach area (great for beach fires at night), single-slip dock (guest boats or rental boats welcome), a swing, and lounge chairs. We’re in a great deep-water location so the fishing is excellent, and you’ll have fun on the water with our paddleboard.

Located about 90 minutes north of Atlanta, 60 minutes from the University of Georgia, and 45 minutes from Clemson University, Greens Cay on Lake Hartwell is the ideal location to host your next getaway.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold (not a charge) that will be placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival and released after his/her uneventful stay. No events at all, and no smoking inside our home. Dogs are allowed to a maximum of 3 with a nonrefundable $150 plus tax/fees. Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 11pm-8am. We supply STARTER items of paper products and soaps. If you'll be staying longer than a couple of nights, you'll need to purchase or bring more.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
