Welcome to the Garlands Getaways Sandy Seahorse condo, located in 30A along the stunning Emerald Coast. 

Positioned in Santa Rosa Beach (about 3.5 miles from Seaside) Garlands Getaways Sandy Seahorse is a compact but cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor condo just a 3-leisurely-minute stroll along flat ground to the amazing white sand beach and perfect for a single family or small group of friends. It features a living room with Smart TV that is as comfortable as it is refreshing and a kitchen that is well-equipped to serve up any meals for your group, and seating for 7.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed. The guest room features a comfy queen bed and a trundle bed. Both bedrooms have smart TVs. Each bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper.

A washer/dryer and high speed fiber internet is available for your use.

We have a covered patio for dining al fresco or simply soaking up the Gulf Coast warmth. Resort grills are available for your use, and a small, grassy area just outside our villa offers space for little ones to burn off energy while staying in sight.

We do welcome furry friends (maximum of two dogs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $100 for one or $150 for two. NOTE: Walton County does not allow visitors' dogs on any of its beaches. A dog beach is located about 20 min away in PCB, and there is a dog park nearby as well (not on the beach).

The Resort offers one regular and one seasonally heated pool in very close proximity to our villa--one of which is just across from the front corner of our building, about 30 steps away. There are also tennis courts and a shuttleboard/cornhole court available. And we are just steps away from the white sand beaches of 30A.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold (not a charge) placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.

BEFORE YOU BOOK - IMPORTANT NOTES:

We have specific BEACH AREAS our guests may use. Due to the private beach allocations in Walton County, our area of beach is a .2 mile, flat, easy walk (about 3-4 minutes) down a side street to the west or walk east or west down the beach itself to either beach access. You can play in the water or in the wet sand anywhere. The resort also offers free tram service from the complex to these areas during high season (mid March to mid September).

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We are Dan and Michelle Garland and we love our lake/beach properties that we manage (with our good friend and co-host Megan) as Garlands Getaways. Our tight-knit family of 6 (+1 furry family member) lives in NE Atlanta and includes kids that range from high school to college plus two fun-loving parents who believe life by the water makes life in general better.
